The History Center will host the municipal historians of Tompkins County and the Tompkins County historian at a book signing to commemorate the publication of their newest book, "Tompkins County, New York: Images of Work and Play." The event will be held from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 31, at The History Center, 401 E. State St.
