Chance of snow showers through Friday

The Ithaca area will see a chance of rain and snow showers Wednesday with highs in the mid-40s, forecasts from the National Weather Service show. Overnight lows will be just below freezing with a continuing chance of showers.

Rain and snow showers are likely Thursday and possible Friday. Saturday and Sunday are expected to be sunny and warmer, with highs reaching 60 Sunday, forecasts show.
