Today's Health Tip: Walk through water

Are you looking for a low-impact, high-calorie burning exercise?


Try water walking. Step into the shallow end of the pool and move into waist- to chest-deep water. Walk laps.

If you are out of condition, start with 10 minutes per workout and gradually build to around 30 minutes. Thirty minutes at a steady pace can burn up to 250 calories.
