While Friday in the Ithaca area will see partly cloudy skies and a slight chance of snow before 9 a.m., sunny skies and climbing temperatures are expected through Monday, according to forecasts from the National Weather Service.

Friday will see highs only in the lower 40s and overnight lows in the mid-20s. Highs will climb to the mid-50s Saturday, upper 50s Sunday and mid-60s Monday, before falling back to the upper 50s Tuesday.
