A fiber cereal can help you meet the recommended 20-35 grams of fiber each day.
However, if you aren't quite ready to embrace the taste of high-fiber cereals, consider this compromise.
Mix a high-fiber cereal with another healthy, but sweeter choice. Try mixing one-fourth cup of the high fiber cereal with three-fourths cup of the sweeter one. You should get about 6-8 grams of fiber and 120-140 calories from each cup of the mixed cereals.
